Return & Refund Policy

At Aatma Herbs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of herbal and food-based products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The product is defective or leaking at the time of delivery

  • The wrong product has been delivered

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Products returned without original packaging

Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the product and packaging

  • Brief description of the issue

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Delivery Issues

Aatma Herbs is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will assist in resolving delivery-related concerns wherever possible.

Final Decision

Aatma Herbs reserves the right to approve or reject return and refund requests after verification. All decisions made by Aatma Herbs regarding returns and refunds shall be final.
